Our courses cover various aspects of the beauty industry, including no needle training, skin care, aesthetics courses, and nails. Each course is designed to provide comprehensive training, ensuring that our students are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their chosen field

Yes, ensuring the highest standards of education, our courses are fully accredited. This accreditation is a testament to the quality and rigor of our training programs. When you train with Jacalyn James Beauty Education, you’re receiving an education that’s recognized and respected within the beauty industry.

Our commitment to excellence, combined with our extensive industry experience, sets us apart. We offer a wide variety of courses, ensuring that students can find a program that aligns with their career aspirations. Our courses are designed to the highest standards, ensuring that students are salon-ready upon completion. Furthermore, our focus on both in-class and online learning ensures flexibility, and our emphasis on business growth opportunities means students are equipped not just with technical skills but also with the knowledge to grow their businesses.

All courses are booked and paid for online. You can use any debit card or credit card to make a payment. If you would prefer to bank transfer your payment (BACS)  please get in touch with a member of the team. You can pay for any course in full or an initial deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 weeks before the course date. We also offer a range of payment plans if you prefer to spread your payments.

We offer two payment plans. 

  • 3 month payment plan
  • 6 months pre-payment plan

You pay a deposit to confirm your place on the course. This can be paid online using the Payment Plan Deposit Option. You can sit your course anytime once the deposit is paid. Once the deposit payment is confirmed we will then be in touch to set up your payment plan. The remaining balance is will be split over 3 months.

The 6 month payment plan is similar to a savings plan. To secure your place you will need to get in touch with us.

Your balance for the course will then be setup and paid off over a 6 month period, once the last payment is paid you will be able to attend your chosen course. You will need to have paid all 6 payments to be able to attend a course.

Yes. You can book your place on one of our courses through a member of our team. This can  when done at any time once the payment plan is set up. All payments must be made through before you can sit a course.

Yes, recognising the evolving needs of our students, we offer flexible learning options. In addition to traditional in-class sessions, we provide online learning opportunities through our online student hub. This blended approach ensures that our students can access high-quality training material and resources at their convenience, making it easier for them to balance their studies with other commitments.

Our team at Jacalyn James Beauty Education boasts over 20+ years of experience in the beauty industry. This vast experience ensures that our students receive training that’s not only up-to-date with the latest industry standards but also enriched with real-world insights. Our educators are seasoned professionals, many of whom are experienced salon or business owners, ensuring that our students receive practical, hands-on training that prepares them for real-world challenges.

You need to be in Professional uniform or smart dress. The following items are not permitted at your training:

  • Ugg boots
  • Ripped or non smart jeans
  • Tracksuits
  • Trainers
  • Platform heels
  • Hair will also need to tied back
  • Nails will need to be a reasonable length

Unless otherwise stated all courses will start at 10am sharp. The days can be intense so please everything you can to be on time. We recommend that if you have a long drive to stay over the night if possible. Why not make it a little mini break!

You don’t need to bring much. We prefer you to bring your own pens and writing pads to take lots of notes!

Sadly we are unable to provide lunch on our courses. However we do provide light snacks and refreshments. We do have a range of shops close by as well as the option to order food to our premises. 

This is dependant on the training location. We recommend that you call or enquire about parking facilities with your educator.

Depending on your training location we are able to provide recommendations on hotels or over night accommodation. If you have something in mind we are more than happy to provide you with feedback, on its location and distance from the training facilities.
