PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

By booking an appointment and/or paying a booking fee, you are agreeing to the following terms:

BOOKING FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY

All booking fees are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to transfer your booking fee to a new appointment.

Cancellations made outside of this notice period will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) or cancelling on the day will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged to the card on file.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, please be aware your appointment may need to be cancelled and your booking fee may be lost.

PACKAGES & PAYMENT PLANS

All packages, including those purchased via Klarna, Clearpay, or full card payment, are non-refundable.

CONSULTATIONS & PATCH TESTS

Some treatments require a consultation and/or patch test prior to your appointment.

Please check your treatment description before booking, as these may need to be completed on a separate day.

BOOKING FEES

Booking fees are non-refundable. To reschedule and retain your booking fee, at least 48 hours’ notice must be given.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept both card and cash payments in clinic.

KLARNA & CLEARPAY

Klarna and Clearpay are available on all treatments and packages.
Simply select your treatments, proceed to checkout, and choose your preferred payment option.

CLINIC ETIQUETTE

Please attend your appointment alone. If you require someone to accompany you, please contact us in advance.

Children are not permitted in the clinic. Unless they are having a treatments. No under 16s

PARKING INFORMATION

Free parking is available outside the clinic. Please park considerately within the marked spaces to allow access for other users.

Additional parking is available around the estate.

ACCESS

Please come in through the main door and take a seat in reception. We will come and great you at your appointment time. Please don’t knock on my door if its shut, as I may be in treatment with another client.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

For insurance and clinical purposes, we are required to take photos for many treatments.

As a results-driven clinic, we also document before and after progress through photos and videos. If you would prefer not to have your images shared on social media, please let us know.
